Production facilities
Production facilities are located on 70 000 sq. m. of which 33 000 sq. m. are indoor facilities. The company has its own design department and tool-manufacturing workshop.
Modern equipment
We have the most modern equipment of the German company FRECH for injection molding of magnesium, aluminium and zinc-aluminum-copper alloys, automatc lathers and FANUC erosion machines.
State-of-the-art machines
The company owns state-of-the-art GIULIANI machines for the production and assembly of cylinder locks, a fully automated machine for assembly of door handles.
The company has installations for plating of zinc-aluminum-copper alloys and steel, a separate department for stamping of brass products.
The products we manufacture meet the requirements of the BDS and DIN standards. The company has a hardware-testing laboratory authorized to carry out tests and inspections on national level The company’s quality managment system is certified according to ISO 9001.
